About UsAl and Kathy Ritondo owners of Personal Touch Video and later PTV Productions launched WedVidTalk in April of 2005 at the dawn of podcasting. It was the first podcast for wedding and event videographers. The purpose was to help videographers understand and follow what was happening in the craft all around the country and the world. At one point we were being downloaded into 53 countries!
The podcast ran for 5 years and launched several more on the Wedding and Event Videographers Association network. Some of the people we have interviewed were our friends to begin with and almost all of them became friends afterward. We have lost some of our wonderful guests but it gives us great pleasure to be able to visit with them as we listen to what has become a part of the history of the wedding and event industry. Technology has changed. What we shoot with, edit with and how we do so will be ever changing. It is our hope that you enjoy this trip down memory lane. It has taken awhile but we're happy to bring you the archive of the shows, now available on DVD or thumb drive. Welcome to our world! |
