Hello, and welcome to our website newsletter. Both Al and I are pretty excited about this new way to communicate. Each technology seems to make the world smaller and smaller.

Once you copy and paste the link into your pod cast software you will receive the pod casts in your computer as they are uploaded, automatically. Once that’s done, you may never visit this site again, and you’d be getting a terrific amount of information, but you’d still be missing a lot!

You’ll be able to come back to the website and check for the show notes, video clips, and links for all of the things we talk about in the pod casts. We asked you to register for the site so we can keep in touch and let you know when things are happening on the site that you might want to come back and check out.

As we go on and get better at this (admittedly the first two pod casts leave something to be desired), Al and I, with the help of our wonderful web designer Mahesh, will be adding to and changing the website. Please write to us to let us know what topics you’d like to see covered and people you’d like to see interviewed.

Keep looking for a Wedding section that will have topics for couples getting married. We’ll be hearing from Brides, Grooms and their parents about their wedding videos. We hope to go inside the planning process to get to know what the thinking is along the way and how the feeling about wedding video changes from the decision to get married through the arc of several years after the wedding. We’ll be like archeologists!

Reflecting on the experience to date, as we (translation “he”) gets to know the audio equipment, it’s a lot like when we first started producing wedding video. Everything seemed important to keep in. As we go on I’m sure I’ll be able to convince him to edit the pod casts like he would a wedding. Now, he’s leaving in all the “ums” so please bear with us. The goal is make each and every show give you information you can use right away. For me, it feels like “Coffee Tawk.” I just love it.
