First Podcast Site for Wedding Videographers Launches.
Iselin, New Jersey - Al and Kathy Ritondo, professional wedding and event
videographers, announce the debut of
www.WedVidTalk.com a website and RSS Feed of the first podcast devoted
to wedding and event videographers and their clients.
“We can never have enough information, discussion and communication,” says
Kathy Ritondo. “We are in an industry that is constantly changing, filled with
business owners that operate their businesses alone or with their spouse. We
don’t have the luxury of a ‘company water cooler’ to discuss the events of our
industry. We hope that our podcasts will help bridge that info gap.”
Podcasting is a word combining IPod and Broadcasting. It uses the latest in
personal publishing of an RSS feed. RSS means, Really Simple Syndication, a new
technology. A podcast can be listened to via a computer, or transferred to a
portable MP3 player.
Al Ritondo has been a professional wedding videographer since 1985. He also
works in the health care industry as a video producer. Kathy Ritondo joined her
husband’s company in 1989, leaving a 13-year career in magazine publishing.
Together they run Personal Touch Video in Iselin, New Jersey. They co-founded
NYPV, the New York Professional Videographers Association, and continue to lead
it today. Both Al and Kathy have conducted seminars and workshops on various
topics concerning wedding Videography in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, San
Diego, New Orleans, and Las Vegas. Both are proud charter
WEVA members.
